Our products are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover damage caused by inappropriate use of the products. The detailed warranty conditions vary between different models. For products which are no longer under warranty we offer a repair service. Please contact us for further details.
Before sending a defective product to us for repair, you must contact us to obtain an RMA number and country specific shipping information. Please also fill out the Return Form and enclose it with the shipment.
Do not include batteries in the shipment. If the product you are sending is battery-powered, the batteries must be removed before it is sent.
When sending us equipment for repair, please use a door-to-door shipping method and note that we are able to receive goods only between 9:00 and 17:00, weekdays. Specifically, do not use a “home delivery” shipping method, which typically means the goods are delivered in the evening.
Shipments from non-EU countries must clear the EU/Swedish customs. Any costs for this (or other costs that we are charged to receive the shipment) may be charged to the sender of the shipment.

The lead time for a service/repair varies over the year. Typically, it is much longer during the period January through May, so to make sure you have your equipment ready when the field season begins, we recommend sending it to us in the autumn/early winter, if possible.
